It applies to personal data collected through this website and through our enquiry and messaging channels.

1. Who we are

Ash Organic Nail Spa is a nail salon offering manicure, pedicure, nail art and toe art at 304 Orchard Road, #04-31 Lucky Plaza, Singapore 238863, operated by ASH NAIL SPA (UEN 53525724D).

We collect only what we need to serve you and to respond to you:

• The enquiry and booking forms on this website: your name, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
• WhatsApp and phone: your name, number and the messages you send us when you book or ask a question.
• Contact form, WhatsApp, email and telephone. The contact details and information you share with us in those messages.
• Your use of this website. Technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 9).

3. How we use personal data

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your appointment.
• To confirm, change or remind you of a booking.
• To keep a simple record of the services you had, so we can look after you on your next visit.
• To reply to your questions and feedback.
• To operate, secure and improve this website and our service.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Consent and withdrawal

By submitting a form on this website or contacting us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes in section 3. We do not sell personal data. We disclose personal data only where needed for the purposes above, or where required or permitted by law, including to:

• Service providers who support our operations, such as WhatsApp (messaging), Google (maps and our business profile), and our website host, analytics and email providers. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms.
• Government and regulatory authorities, where required by law.

7. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

8. Protection and retention

We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required for legal or business reasons, after which we delete or anonymise it.

• Menus, links, buttons and forms that can be used with a keyboard.
• Pages that adapt to phones, tablets and desktops, and that can be zoomed without loss of content.
• Our address, phone number and email given as text, not only inside images.

Known limitations

The embedded Google map and any review screenshots taken from Google come from outside our control and may not meet every accessibility need. Our address, phone numbers and opening hours are always given as text on the Contact page.
